The Be Their Joy campaign is a statewide PSA campaign to recruit more school support staff to California's schools. Our goal is to recruit mental health counselors, social workers, bus drivers, nutrition services workers, groundskeepers, custodians, office managers—all the other roles that make a school function. School support staff play a vital role in student success and teacher retention.
